　　Position Name

　　Senior Project Steering

　　Major Responsibilities

　　Base on Regular Plan, steering local supplier production and delivery status； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for participation of supplier development and industrialization, on site support for local supplier to resolve urgent quality problems； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for supplier requalification, SRM and audit(diagnosis on components warranty parts)； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for evaluation supplier work performance according to the company requirement every three months. Take lead for the LPKM evaluation from quality side in B2B portal； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for leading or participation in LC projects development  and industrialization in terms of  quality insurance, process alignment across the plants and technologies； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for supporting plant implementes problem solving process at local suppliers in terms of saftey/function relevant, repeat issue, critical issue； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for management local supplier project, including supplier relocation project, capacity increase project, technical change, deeper locaton, etc； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for the sustainability and continuously components quality of local supplier, follow up and reporting the supplier quality status to management side； ； ；；；；；；

　　Responsible for leading and support to resolve the escalated supplier quality issue timely and effeictively. Meanwhile, responsible for the meeting landscape of escalated supplier.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or logistics planning, or 3-5 related QMT experience;

　　Knowledge and experience in project steering;

　　Basic knowledge and experience in logistics planning processes;

　　Knowledge of supplier communication;

　　Knowledge of supplier communication;

　　Experience and knowledge in finance, purchasing, human recourses and quality;

　　Experience and knowledge in QMT;

　　PC experience (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office products);

　　Ability / experience in working within an intercultural work environment;

　　English spoken and written,Chinese;

　　Capability for teamwork;

　　Self-initiative, organize and improvisation skills;

　　Highly developed perceptive faculties to assimilate technical issues;

　　Knowledge in health and safety.

　　Experience

　　Working in an automotive plant or similar business with supervising responsibility;

　　Several years experience in QMT function;

　　Project steering experience.
