Main missions
Prefessional manage of team members from each department on projectlevel;Self-organization according to PKS process internal and external requirements;Support Sales Team. Develop project schedule, follow up the implementation of important milestones on a regular basis, evaluate the progress of the project, and follow the risk level to follow the key risk issues.
Prepare and organize project meeting and project review Organize project internal meetings, defining openings and tracking responsibilities, and reporting regularly to the general manager on their performance and risk. Ensure the implementation on time. Present the result to the project leader and management. Interface to customer/supplier/local and global team. Lead the review with customer at different project milestones.Coordinate problem tracking and cross sectoral problems, summarize and update the problems and status in the project process, and focus on coordinating cross departmental communication problems and high risk issues that management concerns.
Process support and management, establish effective project communication plan, and promote the execution of project related process in the project process;Establish project documents filing and management systems within the project to effectively manage schedule, budget control, conference minutes, reports, drawings, and other key project documents.
Independent optimization of technical items and cost reduction. Participate in budget plan and ensure to meet the goal. Engineering change coordination and ? implementation. Reduction of technical specification for machine and equipment. Tracking of supplier for achievement of milestones/ single component/ tools/ equipment’s. Conduct the acceptance (by supplier internally) of equipment and machine. Coordinate the infrastructure preparation.
Manage the readiness of parts/ process by supplier. Track the current implementation of corrective action by suppliers.Ensure to meet the project target for customer relationship / milestone/ quality/ cost.Tracking the financial status of the project.Prepare MOB(make or buy) decision.Analysis change request;Coordinate the implementation of change management according to external and internal requirement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and 3 years of project management experience in automotive industry
Daimler/BMW/Audi project Management experience
Solid knowledge of Quality in Production
Process orientation
Communication skills
Customer relationship experience
English is required
